Without ever losing sight of the user experience, I'm creative. I'm at the center of the creative process and I have to join together the different parts of the project.
Close to agile methods, the management of my projects is done in three phases. The first one is dedicated to researches and brainstorms, the second helps to develop concepts and, finally, the last one to bring out prototypes and precise user scenarios after chosing the most relevant solution.
After establishing clear briefs, an interaction designer has to plan (Gantt chart) precisely the evolution (tasks, duration...) of the project. As said before, contacting experts and get their experience is essential for the continuation of the project management.
At the end of each phase, a presentation is done and clients can make feedbacks. Throughout the project, the designer must synthesize all the information to give the best answer to the user needs.
